What is NavoOS?
NavoOS is a secure digital vault app that lets you store, organise, and protect your most important documents, messages, and memories — and choose who receives access to them, and when, as part of your personal legacy plan.
What are Keyholders?
Keyholders are trusted people you designate to receive access to parts of your vault. You control what each Keyholder can see and under what conditions (for example, after an inactivity period you set). Starter plans allow up to 3 Keyholders, Family plans up to 10, and Unlimited plans have no limit.
How does the inactivity timer work?
You set an inactivity period (between 15 and 365 days). If you haven't opened the app within that window, NavoOS will send you a check-in notification. If you don't respond after a number of warnings you configure, your designated Keyholders are notified according to your preferences.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your vault content is stored on Supabase's secured infrastructure with encrypted data transmission. NavoOS staff cannot access the contents of your vault. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → NavoOS → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account), or by emailing us at support@navoos.com. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
What is the Emergency Vault?
The Emergency Vault is a feature available to Starter, Family, and Unlimited subscribers. It lets you store critical emergency information (such as medical details, insurance info, or emergency contacts) that can be made available to Keyholders quickly when needed.
